We only collect information you choose to submit through the two forms on this website.

• Request Service form: your name, company, phone number, email address, equipment brand and model, service type, a description of the problem, preferred contact method, preferred date and time, and any message you add.
• Technician application form: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, experience details, brands and equipment you have worked on, your message, and the resume or CV file you attach.

Submissions are used only to respond to your service request or to consider your application. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

When you submit a form, the information is processed on our server and sent by email to contact@coffeeprosolutions.com. Email delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. For applications, your resume is attached directly to that email.

This website is intentionally configured not to keep a permanent database of service requests, job applications, or resume files. The file you attach is held only in memory for as long as it takes to send the email. Our email inbox is our record of your submission, and messages there are retained for as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes.

Both forms include basic automated checks to reduce spam submissions. These checks are invisible to visitors and do not involve tracking you across other websites.

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our contact page embeds a Google map so you can find our location; when that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
